Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple and honest, like the billing itself.
Nothing auto-renews — so there is nothing to cancel
Every membership is a time-boxed pass (30 days or 12 months). When it ends, it simply ends. You will never be charged again unless you personally choose to buy another pass. There is no cancellation step, no retention flow, no surprise charge.
Membership passes (Civic Member, Studio Org, Council Pro, The Dispatch)
- Within 14 days of purchase: if you are unhappy for any reason, write to us and we will refund the pass in full.
- After 14 days: monthly passes are not refundable (they will simply lapse); annual passes may be refunded pro-rata for the unused full months, at your request.
Verified Circles Pass (one-time)
If your identity verification does not pass after the included retry, we will refund the pass in full or offer another verification attempt — your choice. If you simply change your mind before starting verification, we will refund in full.
Grant Writing services
- Before work begins: full refund, no questions.
- After work begins: we refund the portion of the fee for work not yet performed, by fair agreement. Delivered work product is yours to keep either way.
- Monthly service pass: refundable in full within 14 days if no service has been delivered that month; otherwise the current 30-day period stands and no future period exists to cancel.
How to ask
Reply to your order email or use the contact options on elementlotus.com with your order number. We answer as real people, with aloha, usually within a few days. Refunds return to your original payment method.
The free things stay free
The public civic record, records requests, and all TribeGameStudios games are free — there is nothing to refund because you were never charged.
