Parent or guardian enrollment

A parent or legal guardian starts and manages enrollment for a minor. The minor does not self-register.

1. The adult signs in to WordPress with Google, magic email, or the normal account login.
2. The external verification page sends a separate single-use email link. Claiming it creates or resolves exactly one adult WordPress subscriber account and binds that account to the verification request.
3. Stripe Identity opens only after the account link is claimed and the configured Stripe account passes the capability gate; no card or payment form is used.
4. WordPress stores the adult email only for account login. Stripe retains the identity document, selfie, verified name, and date-of-birth material. The local guardian ledger stores only an opaque account reference, status, method, time, policy version, reviewer role, and consent scopes; Neo4j, Git, and Studio never receive the raw identity material.
5. The owner separately reviews the adult’s guardian authority. Adult identity verification alone does not prove parental authority.
6. Studio rendering, social submission, commerce, likeness use, voice use, and direct messaging remain blocked until the required receipt and any separate consent are present.

Current status: automated Stripe Identity enrollment is paused pending account enablement after a rejected capability check. The page fails closed without creating a session. A manual non-biometric owner review remains available through the adult account.

Pilot: after enablement, the first 50 completed Stripe Identity verifications are treated as promotional capacity. New live sessions stop at the local pilot cap unless the owner explicitly enables paid usage.
