Attorney General — Chief Law Officer Letitia James (D)

Letitia James was elected Attorney General in 2018 (first Black woman to hold the office) and re-elected in 2022. The AG enforces state law, prosecutes public corruption, protects consumers, and oversees charitable organizations. Comptroller — Fiscal Watchdog Thomas DiNapoli (D)

Thomas DiNapoli has served as NYS Comptroller since 2007, re-elected in 2022.
