Right now, Stone Three is playing. The music and the work are always together.
We’ve been building something quietly — a civic transparency platform that puts the public record where it belongs: in the hands of the people. Testimony records. Federal contracts. Council votes. Money-versus-votes crosswalks. Pages for Maui, Hawaiʻi, Kauaʻi, Honolulu, New York City, and beyond. Over 250 pages of public data, openly built, honestly sourced.
We’re also deepening the intelligence behind the system. Not more complexity — less. The principle we’re working from: calculations over scripts. If the system can derive the answer from a formula, it does. If it needs to run a process, it runs it only to verify. The AI that serves this work is learning to think in relationships, not just instructions — the same way understanding works.
The platform doesn’t belong to us. It belongs to the people whose stories are in it. We’re just the builders.
This is the work. This is the mission. Bless people. Please God. Aloha.
